Butt-Flo is a laxative made by Vykker's Labs. Along with Humphrey's other "inventive" products, it doesn't seem to be a major advance in science and is just a household commodity.
In the Test a Fuzzle flash game. Butt-Flo proved to be an extremely powerful laxative. Forcing the Fuzzle to relieve nearly its entire bodily fluids after taking a few drops of Butt-Flo.
However, the presence of Butt-Flo means that it saw some commercial success in West Mudos despite the apparent risk and dangers. It can be viewed that Butt-Flo would remain safe if a few minute drops of the laxative was consumed each day.

- In Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD the Stranger will come across a pair of Wolvark having trouble using the restroom. Four bottles of Butt-Flo are located in a nearby ventilation shaft as an Easter Egg and will unlock the Go With The Flo achievement once found.
