Lulu is a very dumb
Glukkon. Described as a "most lazy, incompetant and pitiful excuse for a Glukkon" by the Almighty Raisin. Really, he couldn't make a penny before
Abe and
Munch helped him. Lulu made a fake charity to attempt to draw in moohla and attention. It was called "The Lulu Fund." Almost every Glukkon on Oddworld strangely had a donation booth in their office. (The rich business owners ignored them.) Abe possessed Glukkons and forced them to put every coin into the fund. He got invited to a Shin Dig auction party for the last can of
Gabbiar. Lulu said he wasn't going, but Abe made sure he was, soon Abe and Munch made him lose all his money and retreive the Gabbiar can!
Lulu somehow escaped the Vykkers Labs 13 explosion, and was blamed for it. He is shown homeless on the good ending's newspaper.
